How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Quality is priority. QC department with professional quality assurance specialist attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our axial flow fan factory has gained uL, Rohs, SAA, SGS, CE CCC, ISO9001:2008 authentication, etc.

What's bearing type do you have and what is their lifetime difference?

We have sleeve bearing, hydraulic sleeve bearing and dual ball bearing. If sleeve fan, the lifetime is 25000hours, if hydraulic sleeve bearing, the lifetime is 30000hours, if ball bearing, the lifetime is 50000hours.

Can you customize required fan or blower?

Yes, we have a professional engineering team which can design and develop new fans or blowers according to customer's requirements. We have DC axial fan, AC axial fan, EC axial fan and air blower fan in custom selection. Inquiry for more details now！

What is your MOQ and lead time?

MOQ is 5K. Lead time is 20 working days under 50K; if over 20K, the lead time is around 30 working days.
